Notice of Non-Discrimination

Nelson County Social Services makes available all services and assistance without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, religious creed, disability, age, political beliefs or limited English proficiency. 

Individuals who believe that they have been subject to discrimination may complete the USDA Program Discrimination Form, (AD-3037,) found online at:  http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html or write a letter and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.  To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992.

A complaint must be filed no later than 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.  This agency is an equal opportunity provider.
