These are photos of HESCO units being installed as a temporary dike today at Stump Lake Park. The HESCO structures purchased and technical assistance provided by the USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers). Last week, the County Road Dept. brought in fill for the site & the gravel to fill the structures and Tri-County water brought in the dozer to level the site. Dale Varnson ran the Bobcat today to fill the HESCO. The National Guard is doing the setup and labor. They expect to finish the project before noon tomorrow.
