Nelson County Social Services is located on the lower level of the Nelson County Courthouse in Lakota. There is a telephone by the door on the east side of the building where a call can be made to Social Services and a staff member will come to meet with you.

The Nelson County Social Service Board meets bi-monthly in the Commissioner's Room. The meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of every other month beginning in January at
9:30 A.M.
